Everyone at Artfest had a crush on Theo Ellsworth - me included. I have been studying his drawings and tried to imitate (kind of) some his designs. Without any idea where this was going, it turned out to look like a bunch of sea shells stuck together. (I know there is an official marine word for this, but can not think of it.) Then of course, I kaleidescoped it.
I called friend Kim the other night (from Artfest). I was amazed how much we could talk about zentangles. We are like a couple of junkies high on paper and ink.
I have been drawing so much, the cats have their routine down solid. JJ sleeps to the right of me and Mabel stretches out on the end table to the left of me. About an hour later, JJ goes over to Mabel and bites her neck and the war game begins. Once they are done chasing each other around, they go back to their usual positions.

I think the word you are looking for is Barnacle? That is where the shells stick to something and don't come off. Anyway, you rock at zentangle. And the scopes are so AWESOME! Kim
