Unimportant Things About Me

•As a child, I did not like gathering eggs on the farm because the hens were mean.
• I played the Doris Day part in “Pillow Talk” in a high school play.
• I played defensive line woman on my girl’s football team in high school - real football, not powder puff.
• I ate dinner at a restaurant next to Vice President Bush’s table in Fort Smith, Arkansas surrounded by secret service agents.
• I played the French horn and the cymbals in my high school band – horribly.
• I was the Sports Editor of my high school paper.
• When I moved to California, I lived in Malibu. I now live near Skid Row.
• I did not finish kindergarten.

What could JJ possibly be thinking? Probably,"Not the camera again."

The Raile Family blog has consumed my time since this last weekend. Setting it up was fun but challenging. Even though I am using Typepad, I created a custom theme for the site. This required me to use html codes which I know nothing about.

Now, I have learned how to center, align, break lines and pick colors. I am the woman!

Today, I heard on the radio an announcer saying a web site, and she shorten the "www" (pronounced double-u, double-u, double-u) to double, double, double. Is this a new thing or just a lazy radio announcer?

Bangs have been part of my hairstyle almost my entire life. So for the second half of my life, I am going to try to go without bangs. The growing out of bangs is annoying. They just hang there, especially when you are trying to read and your face is looking down.

Important news flash: For those who intimately know the area that I refer to as the back room or the storage area, I have purged half. Yes, I said half! I have an entire storage rack empty and ready to be taken by anyone who wants it.
