Saturday I attended a paper-doll workshop at sweetpeas and snapshots taught by Lisa Guerin. What fun! I love being with women who get as much joy as I do when they create something out of nothing. Well in this case the nothing was bits of paper, ribbon and rubber stamps. We stamped, glued, cut-out and giggled for hours (and ate yummy cupcakes). Above are some samples of our creations. Can you guess which one is mine?
Sunday I worked on my big painting again and it is looking much better. With smaller canvas, I don't mind starting all over when something goes wrong, but with such a big surface, slapping on some more gesso to start over is not desirable.
Hi Penny,
You are so fun and creative!
Happy day to you!!
Thanks for being in my class!
Cheers,
Lisa Guerin
