•As a child, I did not like gathering eggs on the farm because the hens were mean.
• I played the Doris Day part in “Pillow Talk” in a high school play.
• I played defensive line woman on my girl’s football team in high school - real football, not powder puff.
• I ate dinner at a restaurant next to Vice President Bush’s table in Fort Smith, Arkansas surrounded by secret service agents.
• I played the French horn and the cymbals in my high school band – horribly.
• I was the Sports Editor of my high school paper.
• When I moved to California, I lived in Malibu. I now live near Skid Row.
• I did not finish kindergarten.

Letter_p There are so many projects I want to do, but I never have time to do even a fraction of them. I suppose this would be the same even if I wasn't working and had all day to do what I wanted to.

The PEO recipe book is almost done. I only have two more pages to do. Since is it going up for auction tomorrow, I will have to finish it tonight. I hope it will be well received. I will scan all the pages and post them after the auction.

I am starting to think about holiday decorating. I took all the Halloween things to storage yesterday. I definitely will start making Holiday Creatures to replace the Creepy Creatures. I didn't put Creepy Creatures in storage because they are just too cute to put away.

Also thinking about making a jointed turkey paper doll for the front door. Perhaps I could make the feathers move.

Lots to do this weekend. Tonight I finish the recipe book. Tomorrow is the PEO Holiday Auction. Tomorrow night I am going to join Suzanne and her new boyfriend Larry in Santa Monica for dinner and an art show. Sunday I will be going to an event to collect a donation for the Foundation from a Honduran Community Group. Never a dull moment.
